How much do I love this farmer's market? It's the best I've ever been to and I've lived in Austin, Chicago, Tallahassee, NW Indiana, and LA.Fantastic office staff. Great vendors and farmer's offering everything you can imagine. Excellent music and buskers. Mini restaurants. Lots of parking. Great hours. Always clean and organized. Open all year! Never had a bad experience.
What a lovely Farmers Market, that’s worth another visit in the future. The people were definitely out and about and I gotta give a shot out to all of the men and women who make this happen. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and were generally kind hearted. If you’ve never visited, all of the vendors are located undercover. So the only rain you’ll get is walking from the large parking lot that is free parking. There are plenty of food vendors throughout, with overhead covered benches located next to the stage. It can get packed fast so plan ahead. Other than that, I think its a good family outing.
Very nice market. Large with lots of items. Flowers, produce, meats, cheeses, soaps, honey, jams, dog treats, woodworking, crafts, wines, and lots of different food. Live music too. Definitely recommend stopping to check it out. I ended up with some delicious cherries. They are closed Monday Tuesday and Wednesday. Open Thursday Sunday 10am 3pm. No pets are allowed either.
We were visiting Olympia on Friday and arrived at 1:30 pm. It’s great that there was free parking. This farmers market closes at 3 pm. We ate at Dingey’s and had a little time to go buy items. Most of the vendors were packing up.
