The staff is friendly and provides excellent customer service. They are able to handle a busy restaurant with a full dining room and a packed lobby efficiently.

The staff is very friendly. I only gave 4 stars because the last few times I asked for extra foam on my berry drink, it was not given. I will definitely come back again and again, but opted for the drive-thru because I was short on time.

This restaurant used to be the best, but it has gone downhill over the years. The service is much slower now, and during my most recent visit, my drink was completely wrong. I ordered a cold brew with coconut milk and instead received a cup filled with milk and burnt coffee. I was very disappointed.

I enjoy the wild and crazy human coffee stations as much as my stop, please. I still decide the lukewarm taste they make for me. how they stay sunk in the crazy coffee world is beyond my fantasy. Toducks is a delicious tasty bite in the company merchandise because of the people who work there!

Friendly staff and good drinks/food, but I’m not a fan of when two customers take up the space of an area meant for eight people. I’d like somewhere to seat my family when we come in.
