Hottest jr was delicious, swashing rings were very cold and I had to go in to get them food: 3/5

Whopper for $6. , wasn't flame broiled, bland as can be, small. Haven't had one in a few months, this pretty much ends it for fast food.

Do NOT come to this location! I ordered my food on the app at 7:56pm. I arrived at this location at 8:06pm. One car was ahead of me and the lot was empty. My turn comes at the speaker. They told me it will be just a second. FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER I’M STILL WAITING IN DRIVE THRU! At five minutes intervals, I say, “hello??” … nothing! I pull around to the window and kindly ask the lady for a refund. They said because I paid in app they can’t refund me and asked me to come inside and chat with the manager. So I did. The manager had a very nasty attitude and said… well we have your food right here. I said, I do not want it. I would like my money back please. She said you didn’t pay us, you paid the app so you have to email them. I said, wait… there needs to be some sort of compensation or customer service credit here… I been waiting… she said and I quote, “and … when you pulled up I told you it was going to be a minute”. I said, but it was FIFTEEN minutes!! She said… “and?? I was busy”. I am doing a chargeback to my Visa card and I will never use this location again. So disrespectful!

Love love love their Bacon King combo. The burger is frkn delicious! I mean that s way too much bacon said no one ever right?! Yeah, highly recommend get that and get your flambroil on frfr! ??? #staysafe
