Burger King - Omaha

If I could give this joint negative stars I would. Easily the worst fast food place I've eve been to in 30 years and it's not close. Theres a 50 percent chance that if you go you won't get your food. I can't tell you how many times I've gone through the drive through to get no response to pull up to the window to see all the employees on there phones not acknowledging the customers and pretending like I'm not there.... At like 5 in the afternoon. Everything about this place is pathetic. Every single person needs to be fired including the managers and they need to start over.

My lady went and got breakfast for us yesterday at this particular burger King. U have to say it was the worst breakfast I've ever eaten at a burger King. First there was a sign that said don't yell at the staff and then they proceeded to tell my lady she can only use one coupon. The bacon crossaint sandwiches where dry there sad one piece of bacon on each and the tots were hard and cold. I do not recommend this bk apparently they are short staffed and really lack any accountability in this store. Threw the whole breakfast away.

Terribly understaffed. Only 2 people working there during lunch rush. The 1 person upfront was doing their best to handle things but you can tell it was overwhelming. The person in the back had clearly little to no experience with making the food. Our fries were brown and tasted like pure oil. All of our sandwiches were thrown together and either missing items or undercooked. The person upfront received a phone call that sounded like the manager as she was clearly getting chewed out for having to shut down the place for a moment to get caught up. Terrible management for you to do instead of coming in and helping your staff.

Literally sitting in the drive thru at the speaker no cars in front of me and nobody is taking my order. No hello or anything. The store is clearly lit and 4hrs from closing time. Lobby locked. Bought my food online and can't get it. This is the second time this has happened at this location.

Quiet it?s sad no one wants to work. Only 3. Workers all day that?s terrible. I understand why our governor doesn?t want to ask for federal dollars or give extra incentives. People won?t work if there?s free money and funds available. Omaha has to come together and make our home better we are to separated and hateful.
