Domino's Pizza - Omaha

I just ordered some late-night food from here. The pizza was perfect; the only downside was that I had to put the wings in the air fryer because they were a bit soggy and probably needed an extra 3-5 minutes of cooking time before delivery. They crisped up nicely in just 4 minutes in the air fryer.

The order wasn't ready when I expected it to be, but the pizza was quite tasty. The staff were very friendly and even sent me a code for a free pizza due to the wait time. You can't beat that kind of excellent customer service!

If I could give them a zero, I would. I waited almost two hours for my order. I called twice and spent about 15 minutes on hold before my call was disconnected.

Whenever I order online, their promo system adds an additional cost of $2 or more if I select a different sauce. While I understand there may be surcharges for choosing a different crust, charging extra for pizza sauce seems unnecessary. This has happened to me on several occasions; some employees have corrected the prices, while others seem clueless about the pricing. Most of the time, I find it difficult to get through to their locations by phone; I've even witnessed employees doing nothing while the phone rings. One staff member mentioned that they don’t answer the phone, leaving customers with no choice but to order online or in person.

Omg I walked into toppers today to get some wings with my siblings, so it was challenging to get everyone order and brandi was soo helpful. Like she made sure everyone order was correct and helped us get threw the orders,she was very helpful in all of today
