I'm so excited that this location is open! I just stopped in this morning to stock up for the next few days. Everyone was extremely nice, and I can't wait to try the Smart Chicken Fried Rice! Having such a busy schedule I found myself not cooking the right meals and now I've found a solution! 16lbs down since changing the way I eat! Those of us who haven't mastered the art of cooking right are so lucky to have EatFitGo!
My roommate and I went in for the first time the other day. The two gals who helped us were friendly and helpful. They told us about their 'perfect week ' and we decided to try it out. I then mentioned that I had received a coupon for 20% off my purchase, at this point Jeff, the manager at the store, told me that the coupon was not valid for the 'perfect week '. I pointed out that according to the fine print on the coupon there was no reason it shouldn 't be valid. He was somewhat rude and unsympathetic, stating, I don 't know what to tell you. and That 's just how it is. I asked him why and all he said was that he just couldn 't do it because the 'perfect week ' was already a great deal. We were two brand new customers, about to spend over $260 that day, plus repeated business, and he couldn 't care less. He let us walk out of the store without purchasing anything. not caring at all. I did the math and found that I will be able to save more using the coupon to buy individual meals anyway so I 'm not so upset now. But that fact that he cared so little about two potential customers really turned me off. Rest assured I will be visiting their other locations as much as possible. EDIT Jen, the COO of Eat Fit Go contacted me in response to an email I sent the company regarding this incident. Jen was professional, understanding, and went above and beyond to change my attitude toward Eat Fit Go. Review changed from 1 star to 4 stars.
I placed an online order, was charged for and sent a confirmation of it. When I arrived in store, the young girl working was more concerned with her phone than addressing the issue of their online system being down. She kept repeating it’s been down for a while and they get a lot of complaints as I tried to scramble to pick out the same food from my online order. Even though I’d paid $83 for the online order, I was charged again and told to email the manager. Sara, the local manager, did get back to me promptly. Just to say she knew the online ordering was down in the region and that they couldn’t refund the total amount of my online order, despite proving it had been taken out of my account in addition to what I paid in store. The food is convenient but doesn’t make up for its mediocrity or their terrible customer service. The manager had the audacity to say I should’ve grabbed more food to make up for the difference in what I’d already been charged for. Maybe she should pass that same message along to her employees so that could’ve happened when I was in store instead of trying to debate with a customer you’ve overcharged and under refunded
Eat for lunch most of the work week to get my work done and out of the office earlier. I find them filling and delicious. Favorite is the Salmon Alfredo followed by the Fajita Steak Bowl.
