Ihop - Omaha

The food was super good! the staff seemed very attentive and they tried very hard to offer great service. everyone was attentive and everything was clean. we had the chicken stripes and fryed and it was just super delicious.

I had a great breakfast at this place. clifford was our server and he is just absolutely phenomenal. he was very attentive and friendly and even brought me a root beer boat, free, to birthday. my wife ordered hash browns that were burned, but he quickly replaced them with fresh ones that were perfect.

Can I tell you about my girl denise? She's the only one who works overnight tonight when I stopped to get a short bang pancake. she is probably the best worker I've ever met, she didn't just bring me the best short stack, but if I was like hey, I need this butter can syrup, just drown my pancake in, so I don't waste another container she didn't disappoint. we won't even discuss how this woman deserves an arrangement. but I give the whole restaurant a five-star rating just because of denise. do not use the amazing employee they have.

Update: 11/6/22 I had My hopes up on their new vanilla Cinnamon French toast. It would have been nice if our waitress had informed us that they were out of French Toast when we were seated. However the food was okay. The food was hot and came out quick. Yum! Yum! My family and I had a pretty good time. The food was good to me. The taste for my family was to each their own. We had to request for someone to wipe our seats where we were directed to sit. Gross! My pancakes were a little crisp around the edges but I still ate them. I thought it was alright. Our waitress was consistent polite but came off a little nervous. I 'm just glad that the dining was open.

Our waitress was amazing! The food Order did take a long time but our waitress made it worth while. The staff was so friendly and didn't rush people even though they were swamped! I'm so glad they are still in business- the IHOP by our house closed so that was a sad day. But this IHOP is hopping!
