Well, my friend and I tried to use some coupons we got. Pulled into the drive-through, said he had a coupon, and got told to pull up to the window. Didn't ask if he was done, didn't give him any options, just told us to go up. So we did, and my friend ordered a medium drink while he was up there, and it was like 2 dollars. Anyway, we got his food and we went back around, and I told them my order, and again they didn't ask for options. When we pulled up, they said wecouldn't use more than one coupon a day. The coupon doesn't even say that on it. Then they told me that the coupon deal didn't exist, and then asked me if I still wanted it. Of course not, I want to pay what the coupon says. So I didn?teven get food, and they were pretty rude to me. Would not recommend. Definitely would not recommend trying to use their coupons.
My chicken breast was huge and was not cooked all the way on the inside. They skimped me on the fries and even the ice for my drink which had melted by the time I made it home. Once before they completely ran out of ice and didn?t even tell me until I asked them about it. I would like a refund however they did not provide me with a receipt! I will not return here again.
Flew on the drive thru and ordered. When we came to the window, we had to wait at least 30 minutes on the window. a girl had a straw that was hanging out of her mouth, she took all the time and just leaned against the wall. the girl who took orders had no personality and stood there all the time. neither one of the girls helped bag food or something. the type that made the whole work, the commands have bagged and cooked and made everything themselves. we saw him ask the two girls for their help, but they stood there and didn't help. I finally got my order and I checked it before I left. I have not received my complete order. I sat 5 minutes in the window and the girl didn't even look at the window to help me. I've been walking and letting them know that I missed a part of my order. the guy came by and asked what I miss and he got it and then gave it to me. I have to see home that we lacked the cookies and eating was cold and not fresh at all! I can see that we wait for fresh food, but what we have was not fresh! the kerl deserves a break and a new help! so sad!
Not, I repeat do not go to this place. her management has to get rid of her back and hire more people, because the staff working there is not motivated to go faster than a snail. I've been waiting twice in the car ride for 30 minutes. instead of taking orders and who works in the kitchen that makes the orders, they do an order at a time and do not even take the next order until the previous order is completely completed in the laufwerk thru. I've never seen that before. I also heard that the car tried to order an 8 piece of ice cream flour before me, but they were told it would be a 30-minute wait. around 18 o'clock. her name is kfc, the c is for chicken...how do they not have a chicken during dinner? it is clear that the manager who owes this location is a catastrophe if this place is owned by company, they should board and clean house. trust me, spend the extra 10 minutes to the 90th Street, they are a really working restaurant.
