Went the millard location many paintings in the last months, august september 2022, and they were not sold original flavor chix due to a pressure cooker down. no urgency to fix the problem. they reduced their hours to 4-8 clock and when they call, they do not answer. very bad administration.

This location could work better on the portions of the famous bowls, Ive gotten a couple now that were only half of the bowl full, normally it's all the way to the top.

We couldn't even pull a piece of chicken out of the bucket without it falling apart. In add it was disgusting.

Just visited this KFC five minutes ago and had a wonderful experience. The cashier was a positive, friendly young woman who’s attitude can make a person’s day. My receipt said her name is Asia, so I hope that’s true and the right person is receiving credit for this. Her customer service skills are incredible. Additionally, there was a young man with longer wavy hair who also shared a great attitude and brought my food out quickly. I wish I had more positive customer service experiences like this one. I hope the owner recognizes how great his/her employees are!
