Nobody in the drive thru, about 7:30 on a Saturday night. Go to order two regular meatball subs: uhhhhhh we only have enough meatballs for one sandwich ok whatever okay lemme get one meatball sub and one pizza sub. pull around, sitting in my car waiting for them to come to the window for about 10 minutes. nobody behind me. take payment, get the food finally get home and my sandwiches were ice cold... and both the sandwiches are under the Hot Sandwich 's part of the menu. why did i wait 10 minutes for food that wasn 't it even cooked? now i gotta take another 10 minutes to air fry the food. it 's good but i wish i didn 't have to cook my own food. lol

Blocks from home so my go to very often after a 14 hr day at work and not feeling in the mood to heat up the house and out of the 10+ years of coming here they have only had 3 mistakes so thats saying something

Ordered chicken Philly supposed to be hot.. what the ?? That was the nastiest sandwich ever all ingredients were cold the bread was not even warm or toasted chicken was cold cheese was cold .. I sat in like 10 minutes paid 17.00 for what? First time never again . Even tipped them.

Paper thin meat cheese....not at all worth the money

Gave an order online and wanted it heated. When went to pick up they said they don’t have a toaster. Told them to cancel the order. They said they cannot not refund.I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
