Super disappointed. I wish I had taken a picture... really regretting it now. Although, I am afraid it 's the new norm nowadays. I paid over $9.00 for a crispy chicken sandwich that I expected to come with Lettuce, tomato, mayo and be appetizing based on the picture on the menu. I got a sad looking, nuked patty of what I suppose was chicken with 2 pickles, no mayo and a pathetic burnt bun. It could have been a joke... it was that bad. By the time I opened it up, I was all settled in on the couch for the night so didn 't take it back. Ugh. Super disappointed. Best way to describe it. Fries were great! Tea was great!! Please try harder on the crispy chicken sandwich, McDonalds. Or charge less... the price doesn 't equate to the goods.
I’m not sure who the management team is for this location. But if i were part of the ownership of this franchise I would be looking for new management. Not one time that I have been to this location in the past month have they opened at 6am. You pull through the drive through and they come on the speaker and tell you “were not quite ready yet.” I’ve been through this drive through at 630 and still been told that! Change the hours on the door! You definitely don’t open at 6am!!!
Went in to order and made our order. We went to sit and every table in the place was dirty. I went to tell the manager if they could clean a table for us. In a grumpy way she said she'll clean one when she isn't busy. We sat and waited five minutes till she came and did it. Made it seem that we were bothering her. She should of took a moment cleaned a few tables and went back to what she was doing.
Incompetent management. Unable to resolve a simple error with their automated ordering system via drive thru. Was ultimately charged incorrectly and their solution was to have me pay for something I didn’t order. Finally after some back and forth I got a refund, but the manager was extremely unprofessional about it and didn’t seem to have a clue what was going on.
