Old Chicago Pizza Taproom Oakview

Service was awful. They were out of half the menu items and we had to wait a very long time for service. They over charged as by $40 and then the manager was very argumentative. Would never dine at this location again and would not recommend.

The pizza came out cold as if she was sitting outside and waiting to be delivered to the table.

We reserved table for 8 but arrived and given table of 6 with high tables and bar stools. One of the stools we had to use was reckless from the bar area. Not great for culinary experiences. Music was super loud and hard to entertain with everyone let alone someone at the end of the table. Food and service were great, but would not recommend talking to larger group for birthday dinner.

Great service, one day ahead to reserve table for 12. Candy was very welcoming and most interested in meeting our needs. We answered our questions perfectly. Upon arrival we sat immediately and served the same. We had all the time to talk, didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. Was a great family coming together and all were very happy. The food was very, very good and the service was fantastic and friendly. I chose this place when we were from to California and as close as all areas of Omaha and surroundings. I'm lucky!! Our thanks to your institution and administration. However, you were from anchovy!!!
