Qdoba Mexican Eats - Omaha

The food was terrible. The staff member tore my tortilla three times before opting to double wrap it. I can't emphasize enough how gross the food was—it’s hard to express just how disappointing it was. I paid $15 for a disgusting burrito and a drink, and I definitely won't be returning to any Qdoba in the future.

Qdoba has done away with trays, and as a mother of a toddler, this has been a real inconvenience. The lids without straws leaked regardless of how careful I was or how securely the lid was placed.

I ordered the new surf and turf bowl that was advertised for $12.75. However, the woman at the counter switched it for a custom bowl without informing me about the price difference, and my total ended up being over $16. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and she responded by saying I received two extra shrimp. Honestly, my entire family could eat at Taco Bell for just $20. This was a total rip-off.

This is my favorite Mexican, fast food restaurant in town. The food is flavorful and the service is most often prompt. I love the wide selection of choices, from the types of protein, vegetables and sauces. The food is rich in flavor andreasonable priced.

I placed a DoorDash order and realized that I didn’t receive any silverware. Since I was working solo and couldn’t step out, I called the restaurant to see if I could pay for a delivery of silverware. The woman who answered said she was the general manager and was heading off for the day. She offered to personally bring me the silverware so I could enjoy my meal. That’s truly exceptional customer service! I would give ten stars if I could. I'm very grateful!
