Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Omaha

This is our favorite Canadian location! The service is consistently quick, and the staff is always friendly. The environment is clean, and the food is reliably good. Even when there's a line, we find that we're served faster than at many other chains.

I just walked through the driveway, and my iced tea honestly tastes like water. I tried calling to let someone know, but no one answered the phone. I made three separate calls, and this happened multiple times!

I visited the restaurant about two hours before closing and was disappointed to receive stale buns, fries, and toast that seemed like they had been sitting out for around 45 minutes. Additionally, there was a young guy with long hair by the window who looked a bit out of it, as if he were under the influence. On a positive note, the cocktails were quite good.

The first Raising Caine?s Chicken Fingers we ever visited! One time and we were hooked .. and we don?t even care about ?fast food?. Highly recommend the chicken fingers ! ??. Seriously don?t know what they do but they are soo good!

7/13/2021 Corporate and the franchise reached out after my initial review. In my opinion everyone makes mistakes but it is how you address those mistakes that differentiates one business from the other. Cane's addressed my concerns admirably and I give them credit for it. Plus 2 stars ? ? Well done. 6/26/2021 Ordered the box combo to split with my wife and asked for a cup for water for her. They wouldn't give me a cup unless I paid for the cup. None of the other Cane's I've been to have done that. Then when we got the food only three of the chicken fingers were edible the fourth had next to no meat on it. Probably won't hit up this location again.
