Runza - Omaha

Perfect cheeseburger, delicious cheese Runza, great fries and onion rings!!

I was in Omaha to run an errand, and needed to grab lunch before hitting the road again. I had exact change after my gift cards, and the person at the window was so wonderful and kind. I got fresh, hot food. I was even reminded how hot it would be. They even offered me extra honey mustard.

Food is always quick even when it's busy. Always clean. We come here frequently as the kids like the free ice cream with their kids meal.

This restaurant must rent everyone from the street for management. The food was terrible, and we called it in 2 to 3 days since we were busy. The manager at that time said kindly too late to it in. We have no life outside your restaurant. For compensation he gave 1 meal card, but we bought 2 lunches. And when we said we didn't come back, the manager said oh well. I notice that the service should not bend backwards for its customers, but do not come up with the right way to do things.

Food was great?, staff is friendly and place is very clean. We are from the state and will definitely visit again.
