It?s very frustrating to get that and try to eat it since it?s just noodles with a little flavor splashed on it. Their order taker or cook often get theorders wrong. And they expect you to go back and get the food that they didn?t include in the order without so much as an ?Weapologize??. At this point we have called them so many times with food missing, wrong food, and noodles with barely any sauce.Tonight I ordered two different dishes, two soups and rolls and guess what? They gave us ONE of the two meals that we ordered. My husband even asked where the other one was and cashier told him that was all I ordered. WRONG. I very clearly ordered twoseparate dishes and she knew it. I called them, I was not offended an apology. They just that they could make the missing dishand then we could drive back over to get it. Like I said, no apology. Just too bad, so sad. I believe the ?mistake? in my orderwas done intentionally this evening. The girl hung up on me when she saw the caller ID. . My husband even asked when he went in?where?s the other meal?? They said there wasn?t another one. Very childish. So we shared spaghetti and meatballs with a verylow amount of sauce. The sauce and the meatballs tasted good on the places that there was sauce. And we are still hungry but nothungry enough for us to get back in the car and go get another dish after teaching an 11 hour day. We?ve given them at least 6second chances but never again will we order from there. To think that we almost chose them to make the food for my daughter?swedding? Scary thought.
We were looking for a place we had never been. Google sent us here and we are so happy. Everyone was accommodating, taking care of my mother in her wheelchair. We had the seafood lasagna and the Combination pizza. So good!
I love this place. It's been the best kept Millard secret for decades. It's a small family owned restaurant, not a chain. Pizza is great, lots of other classic Italian pasta dishes as well. Awesome catering and party room if you're hosting a group.Everything is made in-house, right down to the huge, fresh sourdough rolls and sauces. Very reasonable prices too!
I?ve eaten there three times in the last year. Each time I didn?t like it. But kept trying something different. Tonight was it. I?ll never go back. I ordered the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti. The chicken was dry and had absolutely no flavor. Noseasoning! The sauce is just crushed tomatoes with a little basil. The dish had wayyyy too much spaghetti and not enough sauce.I just can?t explain how awful it was. I?m not sure how they even call it Parmesan. No Parmesan in it. The salad had brownpieces in it. I had to pick out. Don?t like how the dressing is served in a pouch. Prefer a cup of fresh dressing. Thankgoodness they had coke products. That?s what the one star rating is for. Just not going back.
Very very friendly staff. Great service. Food was not bad, but nothing to rave about. Lacked flavor
