Sonic Drive-in - Omaha

I always ask for no ice cream because I don't drink my drinks fast enough I was brought a drink with ice and very politely said I'm sorry that I asked for no ice cream, you can fix this and they brought me back my drink and I didn't think to check it twice, they literally left the ice in it and didn't change anything. I am annoyed that they didn't care what I asked about more than the fact that I got ice. Degraded from 2 stars to 1 because the food was terrible. The dead were forced and the egg on the toaster was drowned in pepper

Incredibly slow down. Make sure to allow 15 to 30 minutes if you want to order food.

I ordered the Pommes Frites and the Fanta. Food was amazing. The staff was friendly and fantastic.

Staff took care of our order all the time, I just arrived at 8:27 on 5. January 2022, please make sure that these employees are disciplined or fired. I'm usually not a car, but I waited for a little shake for almost twenty minutes.

Drive through order taker had an attitude and we were waiting in the drive through for about 20 minutes before getting our two chili cheese coneys. This is the first time we had issues with this location, as a wait isn't out of the norm. The food is always good though.
