Taco Bell - Omaha

Taco Bell must be the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. I ordered a Crunchwrap and it was only a quarter inch thick. They shouldn't show pictures of items that don't match what they actually serve.

The tacos didn't taste or smell right. It wasn't the meat filling, but rather the dishes themselves.

We placed an order at 7 o'clock using the restaurant's app, but when we arrived to pick it up, we discovered that they were closed with no prior notice or indication. It seemed as though the place had been abandoned. It was frustrating to waste a trip, especially considering the high gas prices. We understand that the staff may be short-staffed, but it's important for them to communicate any issues with customers.

I live close to this store so it's a frequent convenient spot for fast food. However the past few months service has declined, getting wrong orders and get cursed at when I called to get issue corrected. Today one of the ladies tried to start a fight when I asked about my total, it was higher then it should be for two $5 boxes. The lady pushed past another worker and started yelling at me saying i never said there was any $5 boxes'. My question before ordering was what $5 boxes do you have And the lady listed two off. I am done going to a restaurant where the food sucks(rock hard chalupa shells, food is cold no matter how long you have to wait) and add to that verbal abuse by subpar workers.
