When she asks a manager someone making food yells out RUDELY, NO! and the cashier apologizes saying that they don 't. Manager could 've been a tad bit more professional on her delivery... Cashier later asked if I was still waiting for my food (5 minutes and counting) and apologized for the delay on the food due to being short staffed. Thinking the cashier could give her manager some 'courtesy ' training
While my wife and I took our daughter to a Princess Party at the library across the street a couple weeks ago, we decided to stop at this Taco Bell to get a couple of their Freeze's. We went through the drive-thru, paid, got our beverages and drove away. We didn't realize until after we drove 15 feet that one of the Freeze's was the wrong flavor. So I had to pull into their parking lot, get out, go inside and get the correct Freeze, not really a big deal to me, but kind of an inconvenience. However, they made it right so all is well. Overall, I would come back here for some tasty Taco Bell sustenance.
My Chalupa Supreme had almost no meat on it. You couldn't even see any when looking at the open end of the chalupa. It was like eating cheese, lettuce, and tomato.
I live within a 1/2 mile of this location and don't understand why I keep torturing myself by coming back here. I have visited 7:30 am on multiple occasions and have been told at the drive through that they are not open yet because there isn't enough people to make my food. Place is supposed to be open at 7:00 am. I have went through the drive through at night and have literally had the lights turned off on me after sitting there 5 minutes during regular business hours. I ordered online at 10:00 pm on a Sunday, (app said that they were taking orders till 2:00 am) the order was excepted and I rolled up to the drive through and sat for 10 minutes and no one answered. I called the store directly and as it was ringing someone started turning the lights on and off on the side of the building and inside the building. No one answered the phone. I canceled the order on the app and drove through to see a leaning over the front counter twiddling his thumbs. They need to burn this place to the ground and illuminate the false hope that you might actually get food from this place.
Went through the drive through at 10:40pm on Thursday and they literally turned the lights off while I was waiting in the drive through... when I got to the box they said sorry we closed early despite not denying that their sign says they are open until at least 1:30am. What a shoddy establishment, I 'll be avoiding this Taco Bell in the future.
