Via Farina - Omaha

Great small place, very intimate and right next to the theater. they had a nice but limited menu. we tried 2 of the pastas that were both good, but this pizza was the superstar! the best sourdough pizza of all time with many options!

The best Italian restaurant in omaha. incredible vibes. all the food we had was excellent; arancini appetizer, carbonara pizza, napoli pizza and ended with an affogato. I had a good rose and my man got the ciao bella cocktail he loved. we sat at the bar as we arrived near the top-dinner time and the service was excellent and everyone who helped us was super friendly. I wanted to go back.

Overall experience was just okay. we sat at the bar because the restaurant was completely/usually served and we had no reservations. there was a leak from the deck (like the AC unit) that driped on the rod surface so that we moved accordingly. the menu was listed as a summer menu that was very limited. for the net there were only 3 pastas and a lot of pizzas. the araccini were amazing, best I ever had, so they are highly recommended. our two pizzas were burned on the floor, so the bitter taste has penetrated the entire pizza. a little Char taste is great and awaits with wood-fired pizza, but it was far beyond. that was very disappointing, because otherwise the crust was very good and the beats were excellent. the service was very good and the barkeeper was friendly and dedicated. I'd be willing to try it again. a little on the expensive side for omaha, but with the inflation it is hard to say what is more expensive.

First time visit based on a friend's recommendation. Absolutely wonderful little spot. I enjoyed a wonderful Negroni and the Arancini as an appetizer. I decided on the Egg Yolk Ravioli and was not disappointed. I cannot wait to come back here.

I love Via Farina. The servers and bartenders are always very knowledgeable but don?t give you the fake customer service voice. Which I do appreciate. Pizzas are excellent especially the Fratello! The cocktails are also delicious! It has a warm atmosphere and small menu. Things are done well here.
