Contribuisci feedbackI was disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. Despite making a reservation, the place was empty and there was no need for it. The service was very slow due to the lack of staff, and I had to get up to find menus and track down waitstaff. I questioned whether Open Table properly vets the restaurants they list in their system. I will not be using Open Table anytime soon. Overall, the experience left a bad impression on me and I do not appreciate it.
The menu was fantastic, and the customer service was quick and welcoming. Overall, an excellent experience.
Disappointment, the place was empty, no need for reservation. Even with the lack of people, the service was very slow. Had to stand up to get menus and wait staff to hunt. Isn't the resteraunts placed in their system open on the table? Do not use Open Tanle for a while. The experience made me look bad and I don't appericate it.

I really hope that they can improve the food at this restaurant. Every dish I try here tastes like a microwave TV dinner. On the bright side, they have a surprisingly large selection of beer and wine. The bartender is excellent - he manages the bar, serves drinks, takes orders from tables, enters the orders, and brings out the food when it's ready. I'm not sure how he does it, but I hope they are compensating him well for his hard work. The atmosphere is nice, with a mix of hotel guests. It could be a great spot to unwind after a long day of work, avoiding the need to drive back to the hotel room. However, the current food offerings are holding them back from reaching that ideal experience.
