This is my third visit to this restaurant, and just like the last two times, it took me 20 minutes to reach the window to place my order, despite only three cars being ahead of me. The service at this location is quite slow, and the employees are not particularly friendly, resulting in poor customer service. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is that the food was acceptable—not great, but certainly not terrible either.
For some reason, we waited a long time for our food, which we assumed meant it would be freshly prepared since the restaurant was relatively slow. Unfortunately, that was not the case—the food was cold and poorly made. It was disappointing, especially since the other Wendy's we usually go to is consistently excellent. We will be avoiding this location in the future.
Food has seriously gone down hill (at least off 72nd in Omaha) over the last few years. Additionally, they don 't seem to know that the drive thru menu sign should be on when they 're open at night. I asked if they could turn it on and was rudely told absolutely not . Not to mention the employee was just rude in general.Obviously the management doesn 't care either.
Staff at drive through came off quite rude. I went for breakfast and I ordered a simple sandwich combo. I had to wait for 15 minutes, which I understand happens, but that was after waiting for 5 minutes at the window and then being asked to pull forward. When given my food I was told that they threw in some potatoes for such a long wait, but I had already ordered those so they should have been in the bag anyway. Not very happy with my experience and probably will not be returning.
