Wong's Hunan Garden - Omaha

My office ordered lunch from a restaurant based on their menu listed on the website. When the person who picked up the food returned, the total was $42, which seemed off since it should have been closer to $25. I called the restaurant to inquire about the price difference. The man on the phone told me that the menu was outdated and that it had been removed, asking how I even found it. I explained that it was on their official website and easily accessible through a Google search. They were quite rude during the conversation, but after discussing the issue further, I received a refund for the amount listed on the site. On top of that, the food itself wasn't even that great to begin with.

I had the worst Chinese food I've ever experienced here. Their website claims to be the best in town, but that's far from the truth! The beef fried rice was bland, and it didn't even seem fried—just a little egg and a few vegetables were added. The Mongolian beef was similar; it was just disappointing with a few onions thrown in. The food was terrible overall. Do yourself a favor and either cook for yourself—it'll taste better— or go to a different restaurant.

The Korean food was excellent. We ordered chapchae, bulgogi bibimbap, and madnu, and there was plenty to eat. The bibimbap and japchae were both outstanding. While it was a bit pricey, it was on par with other Korean restaurants. The interior is fairly simple, but the flavors of the food make up for it.

Your inner space encourages me to go from there, but when I return, I am always impressed by their food. You have to taste their Korean dishes!

This place is our favorite for Korean food! Everything we've had is delicious and authentic tasting (I'm Korean) and they give you so many delicious banchan with your meal! The people working are always pleasant and nice and this will be our main go-to restaurant now!
