Ya Hala Mediterranean - Omaha

I’d love to share my thoughts on the food, but unfortunately, I never received it due to my delivery order through DoorDash. Instead, I have to comment on the poor customer service. I placed my order at 8:14 PM on a Sunday, well before both the cutoff and closing time, and received confirmation of my order. Around 8:40 PM, I got two notifications indicating that a Dasher was at the restaurant waiting for my food. However, at 9:10 PM, I received a call stating that my order had been canceled and that the restaurant was now closed. DoorDash mentioned that they might have been out of items, but in my experience with other restaurants, I've always received a call if there was an issue, allowing me to substitute or cancel my order well before closing time. Because of this experience, I will never return to this establishment nor recommend it to anyone.

My wife and I have visited this restaurant several times, and we have consistently enjoyed the food. My favorite dish so far has been the Chicken Shawarma Plate, and the homemade baklava is excellent. It's a great spot for a delicious Mediterranean/Levantine meal, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This was absolutely incredible! My husband made the garlic naan at home. Everything we ordered tasted fantastic! Thank you so much!

Great friendly service with amazing food I highly recommend The beef kebab and chicken kebab were very tasty Shawarma is also excellent, the Falafel had a wonderful texture, the rice were very tasty and the pita was the best I've had in America. Can't wait to go back
