ZINC Holland Center Dining - Omaha

Great place to eat at events at the Holland Center. Had a reservation for 6:30 but came at 6:15 and was taken at 7:00. Fast service and friendly staff with delicious food. Would eat here again and recommend it to others.

This is the first time we have dined to Zinc. We started with the charcuterie board, which the 4 of us agreed was a good value and beautiful variety. Each of us had different entrees: salad, pasta, burger and chicken. No complaints from our band, because everything was very delicious. We will try other dishes again!

We both had the Kale salad with salmon and it was excellent! A special treat was the lemon / raspberry cake!

The restaurant was freezing. Blow cold air from the ventilation openings. This was when it was 51 degrees and we had dinner several times when it was 20 degrees outside and convenient temperature inside dining room. So not sure what was wrong, but it wasn't convenient dining experience last night. See you in a few weeks. SE
