El Torito Grill - Omak

On a Saturday night in Omak, this is place to be. Service was OUTSTANDING, food was good, super generous portions. We brought our party of 8 in, and they were on it. Really appreciated the festive atmosphere, Margheritas were on point, a fun time was had by all.

So the last 2 times my friends and I have gone out for lunch or dinner here, there's some good and bad servers. There's a server here that just seems super irritated and rushes us out and speaks very rude. We weren't done with our food and snatches up our plates. As we were wanting to pay for our check, the server kept sliding my card roughly and slammed it down in my face. After asking what his problem was he only mumbled and smiled. Will never go here again nor will my friends. Totally unprofessional and rude.

I have been here several times, but our recent trip was excellent. The food was lick the plate good. The house Salsa was the right blend of sweet and spicy. The staff was responsive. Really pleasantly pleased. Keep it up. You keep giving me that quality and I will keep coming back.

We always stop here on our cross border trips. The guys are fun and the customer service is superb. We have never had a bad meal here....and try to get a container of the salsa to take home when we can.Parking: Large lot with lots of spaces
