Starbucks - Onalaska

I am grateful for the kind and welcoming staff who helped me stay awake during my drive home. This restaurant is a must-stop for me on my trips to Minnesota, and I was thrilled to see it open again.

The barista provided excellent service, although it was a bit slow. The coffee was good, but I personally prefer the vanilla bean cream with caramel frappuccino, especially with a sprinkle of burnt sugar if it's available as a seasonal topping. This is a smaller restaurant with a drive-thru that seems to operate efficiently.

It is common knowledge that Starbucks is a great place, but the staff at the Onalaska, WI location is some of the friendliest and quickest I have encountered, and I have been to Starbucks all over the world. Cheers to them and their excellent service.

It is completely acceptable if they are not open for indoor dining. However, they should make sure to clearly communicate this.

This restaurant is consistently crowded. I have never been disappointed with my drink orders here. I particularly like the white chocolate mocha when I visit. The drive-thru can get very busy and the parking lot can be hard to maneuver. I would recommend ordering ahead and picking up in store. If you do use the drive-thru, be prepared to wait as you cannot easily leave the line once you are in it due to the layout of the parking lot.
