Starbucks - Onalaska

We walked in. We walked out. The place was filthy with rubbish all over the floor. We tried to overlook that but ….the smell ??I can’t say anything about the service or products because we left immediately.The drive through had a line of cars and I am thinking most people take that option and have no idea what it’s like inside.

This location is one of my favorites now! The newer north side location might be more convenient for me but has gone downhill since opening. This location can get very busy, but it is not the workers fault, so people chill out. :

Thanksgiving morning I come through 7 a.m get 2 holiday drinks gives them to me in white cups no sleeves and when I said what no holiday cups or sieves on Thanksgiving he just ignored me and kept chatting with someone else , my experiences at Starbucks in eau Claire and LA crosse have not been close to good enough lately to warrant the prices they charge maybe a change is in order! ;

Before going to a business I like to look at their ratings. It helps me decide if I am going there or to the other place that has the better rating. After reading the reviews I still went here and glad I did. The staff was super pleasant and service was fantastic!!! I also had a great conversation with Henry, another Starbucks customer from Chicago, who was waiting for his order. It was such an enjoyable visit! Thank you!
