We're tried many fish and chip shops while staying on the island and unfortunately this isn't among the best, but only just. The chips were absolutely top class and the batter to fish ratio was excellent. However, the fish itself lacked much flavour at all, hence the lack of 1 star, which was a shame because everything else was so good, including the speed and quality of service which was excellent. Throw in a great view of Douglas Bay and this is the closest you'll get to almost being one of the best chippies. Ever.
