I did not have a good experience at this establishment. I received rude stares when I entered the store. One of the older hispanic women kept looking at me and kind of laughing. She began to speak in spanish in front of me while talking to her coworker. Also, a gentleman that worked there kept staring at me while he handled my pizza. He gave me rude lingering stares and his face turned red. I am an African American woman and felt really uncomfortable in this restaurant. I felt a prejudice vibe and hoping there is no prejudice towards African American people. Also, the pizza did not taste fresh. I will not be back! IF YOU ARE BLACK PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! There was a prejudice vibe!
Food was good, mozzarella sticks are pretty generic and tasted kinda fishy.
Rubino's food is very good and varied. We've eaten there for years and meals there won't break your wallet.
Aside from the cashier informing me that I’ll be “asked a question”(as if I can’t read) before shoving the credit card reader in my face- and as we all know it means they want a tip for doing the “hard work” of ringing you up, this place is OK. However I won’t ever go back. I’ll go to a pizza place that doesn’t ask next time. Can’t support being put on the spot at all for doing nothing and even BEFORE I receive my food. The insanity and entitlement needs to stop.
