Roots Brewing Company - Oneonta

They have great Indian and taco specialties that are vegetarian and vegan. They also have wonderful options on their menus such as Mediterranean dips.

ANNEX Roots offers the best beer cheese sauce I've ever had. Despite thinking I would never find such delicious beer cheese again, I was pleasantly surprised during my visit. I also enjoyed their other comfort food dishes. Additionally, Roots serves some of the best cocktails I've ever tried. The mixologist has a talent for creating unique twists on classic cocktails, like the smoked rosemary Negroni Sauer, which was exceptional. I was amazed to find such high-quality cocktails in Oneonta, New York. (Apologies for not centering my glass on the napkin in the photo)

New in town. The best part is the drinks and atmosphere! The only downside is that I wish they were open more often. Either way, I am impressed and know that I can bring new friends here to enjoy the constantly changing artwork and entertaining bingo nights. Thanks for the recommendation.

I am really happy with this place! They have a handful of beers brewed in house plus guest beers from all over the place. They let you try samples of the drafts before buying, which I appreciated. They also have a really affordable and tasty bites menu. I got the small cheese plate (only 7 dollars! and an iced matcha latte on separate occasions. The matcha latte was really great; I had gone to the Latte Lounge across the street for a matcha latte the day prior (which is NOT a matcha latte at all and this was loads better. My only complaint would be to that it had too much ice.

The staff is excellent, they always have a great selection of drinks and delicious food.
