Jack's - Oneonta

Sadly I don't know if this location is understaffed or what but pulled up to order a small cup of ice at 7:33 pm and it is now 7:52 pm and still waiting in line...

There was one girl with a headset and there was no one else there who had one on this morning and the manager came up to the from from the office and yelled at the girl who had the headset on all day when she handed it off to another person she yelled at the girl while she was helping a customer and the other workers were so unhelpful to her the entire day she was working this is unacceptable and she had no help at all it was like she was the only person there this is ridiculous Rebecca needed help all day today this is ridiculous and unacceptable

Employees complain and make jokes about customers.manager rude 1 employee at window she was very nice out of 5 ..if you can't hire quality close the

Went there today to have lunch. We walked in and stood at the counter while employees walked by and stood around. We stayed about 10 min then left. We were not acknowledged or anything. Could clearly see three employees just standing there. Will not be going back.

The Oneonta Jack's location has continued to decline in quality since it's inception. The drive through worker informed that they could not make grilled chicken wraps. However, they had no problem making them a week ago. They obviously offer grilled chicken in other menu options, and still offer the fried chicken wrap. It is my belief that they did not want to make it out of pure laziness because the grilled wraps take a couple of extra minutes. Mere moments later my coworker was gladly served a grilled chicken salad with extra grilled chicken. The employees at the Oneonta location lack any sense of customer service or drive to provide a satisfactory experience.
