Mcdonald's - Oneonta

I love this place it just feels like home the service isn’t the best but the employees are always nice McDonald’s has the best breakfast in my opinion.

I have Never had a more miserable experience at a McDonald's. The mcdouble and bacon mcdouble were a total waste of my money. I got my food to go and within 15 minutes I was home and ready to eat. The mcdouble and bacon mcdouble burgers looked like they were a day old and both were smashed flat only had meat, cheese and bacon and nothing else. The fries were fine but AS USUAL the shake machine was down. This seems to happen at a lot of McDonalds. Last week we stopped at two McDonalds in Birmingham and both restaurants had broken shake machines. This week, the shake machine at this store was broken . Why advertise that you sell milk shakes if you can't keep the machines working. I've always been a loyal mcd's fan but lately I've begun to drive past the golden arches and I can't justify tolerating the higher prices if I can't get decent tasting food.

Been here 25 minutes and was asked to pull to stall and wait a additional 10 min asked for ketchup no ketchup I guess that was a manager’s car getting Repossessed

They seem to take longer during one to two o'clock but other than that I don't have problems. The shack machine was down.

Recently when you pull up to the window in the afternoon or night they don't acknowledge you for several minutes and then they ask you to hold for several minutes before taking your order. Even when no one is in drive-thru ahead of you. Many people drive off in frustration.
