Sonic Drive-in - Oneonta

Got order wrong thee times in the last month. Payment at stall rarely works.Overall, the quality of food has gone down in last month or two

We ordered about the time cops pulled over a young man for some sort of light issue. But the employees were too busy watching the situation to get our order and we had to repeat twice before it came up on the screen correct. Then it came out and wasn't correct. Sent it back to be fixed but that still was issue for these young people. Have had good visits before but the server had a bad attitude last night. Visit was bad last night.

I was told at one of the menu stops that they were not taking orders for the next 20 minutes.This place needs some new management!

This place has gone so far down it’s not funny I’ve been here twice today once they said they are opening at 11 on Sundays now and another they said they aren’t taking orders for 20 mins and didn’t offer an explanation or anything just hung up with out letting me reply they need to get it together

Went from one of my go to places to the last place I'll eat. The poor excuse for undercooked onion rings ever!!
