Contribuisci feedbackI don't typically write reviews, but I have to say, this restaurant really needs some improvement in communication and management. Maybe it was just a bad day, but I have never seen so many workers arguing and standing around, while customers were waiting for their orders. We finally received our food after 25 minutes, only to find out it was wrong. We had to go find parking and wait while the workers sorted out our missing fries.
The order was mixed up, with the half order missing. The staff member took multiple orders at once and then combined them incorrectly. Another staff member tried to fix the mistake, but I refused to accept it and asked for a freshly prepared order. The rude manager refused my request, so I ended up getting a refund after waiting for 32 minutes. Overall, this was definitely the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's.
The experience at McDonald's was disappointing. The Big Mac lacked sauce and the apple pie was only lukewarm. When we ordered extra hot fudge, we had to send it back to get the amount we paid for. Overall, I was not very impressed with this.
You wait in the longest lines ever , you can barely hear them cause they being loud in the background they need to clean drink machine drinks taste so nasty like something is in it . I wish I could give 0 stars
Middle of the day, doors were locked and the only way to order food is through tje drive-thru.
