They told us to move over and wait for our food. In the middle of the conversation, an employee grabbed our window and surprised us. They had a confused smile. A memory I probably won't forget. Probably hunted, but 5/5
Once out of every five time the pizza is awesome the other four time just give it to the dogs
The staff is helpful and friendly and the pizza was delicious.
Pizza hut is its own thing and we love it. Great food for a great price.
Summary: checkout was bad, pizza was bad, coded precautions were bad, managers made it on us. Originally I was inclined to give this pizza hat 2 stars. The cashier who gave us our pizza was his mask intermittent, which is simply unacceptable during this encoding pandemic. We didn't know at that time, but we didn't get a reception. When we got our pizza and cheese breadsticks, they were warm, not hot and did not feel completely cooked. The only reason why it would have got 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the generous toppings we hold back - I don't think I've seen these many toppings on a pizza before. We were hungry and didn't want to complain, so we just ate it. After we had eaten the pizza, we realized that we didn't get Marinara with the cheese bread sticks. We decided to go back to ask for him, and ask him to reheat the cheese bread sticks. The cashiers gave us the marinara sauce and only the microwave offered the remaining cheese bread sticks we accepted. We were not able to finish the pizza, and were still hungry, so decided to get another order of cheese bread sticks, and make sure they were actually hot before they were accepted. We entered for the third time and placed our second order, but this time there was a woman who complained to us with another employee with very similar complaints. My father supported this woman's arguments and she went and got the manager. The manager told us that if we provide an entrance, we would be refunded for our order. We finally realized we never got the reception. However, the manager seemed to be very tired, could not find our reception, have seen our digital order confirmation and have returned to us anyway. She went and we were waiting for our cheese bread sticks. The employee apologised to us, told us that she made our order a double ticket and did not charge us. This order was hot and well made, and we enjoyed it much more than our previous order. We also trust that the manager will help employees to be more vigilant about security precautions, especially during this pandemic, but I would still be careful and encourage their contactless option if possible. It is because the manager managed the situation, even if it seemed very tired, I give 5 stars.
