Baked Pizza Company - Onslow County

Go to another place the first time my family ordered it took almost 2 hours to get to my house and the pizza was ice cold when I called back I was told I would be credit my order for next time the very next week I call and had to fight for that my order was over 50 dollars and was told they never give back a whole order after 12 min on the phone they finally said yes they would my family wanted to give them another shot second order was the same time just to deliver when we stay 5 min away and when I call the second time and ask were the driver was the girl hung up on me we will never order from this place again even the driver said the pizza was cold when I asked him to fill the pizza never again

The pizza at Baked Pizza Company is the best pizza I have ever eaten.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Been waiting 2hrs for a delivery. Called at 6:57 pm. Call ended 13 minutes and 57 seconds later. Called back once the pizza was not delivered in the hour and fifteen to a hour and a half time frame. When inquiring about where my food was I was meet with a rude disrespectful person. Would not allow me to speak and hung up on me. I called back and the person continued to cut me off refuse to let me speak. Just kept saying we’ll remove the charges and send your order out with the next available driver. 9:30 driver finally calls after backing in right beside us turning around and continuing to look for us. Worst management ever. Unprofessional, disrespectful, Owners need to rethink who they allow to run and work in their place of business.

We ordered 3 specialty pizzas, and I especially preferred the all meat pizza .... until we found a housefly baked into it! Holy schneiky!!! Our server (I'm sorry, but I forgot her name! was wonderful: kept our beverages topped off, checked on us regularly, and was very shocked and disappointed by the Meat Fly! Fortunately, they removed the charge. The atmosphere is interesting. It appears to have been a building with a drive up window, but they added on a screened in porch with plexiglass, so it has a/c, but we were there late afternoon and we were really cooking in the sun (not unlike Brundle Fly . Oddly, to reach the restrooms, you gotta walk outside and around the back of the building. A bit wonky, but clean! Despite dining with uninvited Mr. Fly, I'd eat there again, it was that good! If I recall the server's name, I'll edit this review she was that exceptional!
