Arby's - Ontario

Went thru drive thru a little before 2pm today. Only waited 5 mins or so to get to window. Was told to pull forward, annoying but they said it was to make fresh chicken so understandable. Watched 10-12 cars go through before someone finally brought my food and scurried away before I could check the bag and it was missing Mac n cheese bites. Go thru drive thru again, wait ten mins this time. Get back home before realizing there was also no dipping sauce for chicken or a straw for drink ? This location used to be great, today was terrible.

I had the best experience with Mel today. I went into this location several months ago for lunch and Mel accidentally spelled my name wrong. When I was in that day I noticed how Mel was smiling and laughing and generally seemed to enjoy her job. Today when I was in she made a comment about spelling my name incorrectly and it reminded me of my last visit. I had completely forgot about that until today. It touched me that she remembered me. She just seems like a great employee. When she isn’t helping someone at the counter she does an excellent job of cleaning the lobby too. She’s awesome!

Typically this drive thru goes fast I don't worry about my order being messed up..but recently the Buffalo sliders are just not very saucy... also on this night I was shorted a jalapeño popper...?

I came thru the drive thru, ordered. Got to window to pay and that young lady behind running the cash drawer, Hailey was name on receipt. Went the extra mile to double check and adjust my order. Thank you for being there Hailey. This experience was on 1/2/24 just after 5 pm, before 530 pm.

There were no customer in the restaurant and no line. My family and I waited at the front counter for 5 minutes and saw multiple employees make eye contact with me and nobody step up to take our order or even speak a word to us. Incredibly rude. Will not stop again. Went across the street to Wendy's and had much better service.
