We had a second chance. After spending 100 at the Arkade, we had to wait 45 minutes to settle our bill.

Bowling was enjoyable, although it had a rocky start. One of the bowling balls got stuck from a previous group, and despite informing the staff twice, they didn't come to fix it, which was disappointing. Since we were on a time limit, I decided to take matters into my own hands and used another ball to push the stuck one. I can only speak for the games and the bowling, but overall, we had a good time, and we're looking forward to finishing our remaining game card soon!

**Food:** The bar food is surprisingly good. My friends and I love the Buffalo Chicken Dip and the burgers. They have a great variety of beers on tap, so there's something for everyone, and their burgers are consistently satisfying. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can also build your own burger. **Atmosphere:** This place is similar to Dave & Buster's but much better. The area dedicated to sports viewing is spacious, allowing plenty of room to chat, move around, and mingle. Being right next to the kitchen ensures that the food comes out quickly. Plus, they have a bowling alley and a full arcade, creating a lively ambiance filled with sounds and activity. They also offer a private area for special events. **Customer Service:** The overall service was quite good. We didn’t encounter any bad servers, though we did have a couple of mix-ups with our orders, which were promptly rectified. The staff was always attentive and apologetic. The last server we had was especially wonderful and very attentive. **Parking:** Big Al is located in a large plaza, so there’s plenty of parking available for everyone!

Manger was a worthless help that was worthless to the worst service I've ever had. Do not hold an event here. Drinks are so a week. If the manger can't help you who can. Bowling and games not worth the time of the day.

Tried to come here to have some fun, and we left! First off, we got a table to order some dinner. We sat there for over 20 minutes and no one ever came,plus someone promised us to bring a waiter and they never did. The floors were filthy. I used the restroom and it was destroyed as well. Clearly there is no one to maintain the business. So we decided to go try and play at the arcade. The kiosk to buy a game card was broken. So we stand in line at the front service, just to be told that we would have to go to another area. Why wouldn't this have been posted??? So at this point we left.
