Carl's Jr. - Ontario

The meat was a bit dry. I hope the quality of Carl's Jr. goes back to what it used to be. It used to be one of the best, but now it's just average. They seem to be more focused on fancy burgers rather than delicious ones.

Our experience dining in at Carl's Jr. was typical. The cashier, Damian, was friendly and took our order, bringing the food to our table. It would be a nice touch if they asked if we needed anything else, like ketchup. Our burgers were cooked perfectly and prepared to our liking. The fried zucchini was piping hot as expected. Damian also wiped down tables during slower times, keeping the place clean and tidy. We visit this location occasionally and will continue to do so, as it is conveniently located near the movie theaters and mall. When we use the drive-thru, we haven't had any issues.

I recently visited a fast food restaurant that was one of the cleanest I have seen. The kitchen was spotless and the chicken tenders were delicious. Keep up the great work.

Very disappointed with service and food for the high cost. Customer service was lacking! No greeting of customers, nor communication to proceed when ready to order, nor when order took well beyond the normal wait time. No smiles but employeeslacked friendly attitudes. Restaurant was not at all busy, yet the wait was long for just four orders of three piece chickentenders, which upon opening, every box had very tiny pieces that had been overcooked. Size was as thin and as small as a mediumsized hand?s index finger. $4.99 for three of these? And times 4! Will not come here again.
