Dutch Bros Coffee - Ontario

Unsure if the wait time I ran into today for this location is normal? I experienced a very literal 20 minute wait in the drive thru lane after my order was taken. The drink was made perfectly though and the staff friendly! I won't be visiting here again though if I don't have the time to spend waiting.

Excellent coffee as always, but this location is slow.

Walked up to the window 4 workers inside all just looked at me not one of them greeted me or asked if they could help me a girl working outside said let me go inside and help you.thats pretty bad when you don't get good service from this location anymore my last time going there
