Jack In The Box - Ontario

The restaurant is dirty, the food is bad, and the staff is extremely rude. The location also closes an hour early. They don't address complaints well and are dismissive towards customers. I only come here because of the convenient location, but I will have to look elsewhere for better service.

I am currently at this restaurant and I ordered the number 7. My sister works here too, which is a bonus. I would definitely come back here again.

I have had multiple negative experiences at this restaurant. Every time I order takeout, half of my order is incorrect or they even cancel it if I place the order close to 1 o'clock. They are never prepared for the order. I recommend finding a different restaurant with better service. This place has lost my business.

Here at 1:15 o'clock and place does not close up to 2 o'clock. naaahhhh dame at the drive through said she closed at midnight. Why is she there anyway? It doesn't take so long to clean up. at least turn off the “open” light signs or put a few cone in their drive, so we know they are no longer open.

Typical Jack in the box. Food was hot when I got it. Tasted good.
