Jollibee - Ontario

It's amusing how three employees and a manager double-checked my order, yet I ended up with one serving of mashed potatoes, one serving of rice, and four packets of gravy for the $24 family meal. It's supposed to be a FAMILY meal! When I got home, I found that the staff seemed overwhelmed, and the manager only stepped out with a plate of chicken and possibly the other cup of rice needed to complete my order. I believe I deserve a gift card for this experience. I chose to support their business, and this is what I received—insufficient sides and overcooked chicken. I would appreciate an apology from them for my family and me, and a chance for them to make things right. Thank you and please stay safe!

The restaurant was pleasant and tidy, with staff members consistently ensuring that the tables were cleaned and sanitized. The restroom was immaculate. The food was on par with what you would expect at other locations of the chain. I hope they continue to uphold their cleanliness and service standards.

The quality of the Chickenjoy, fiesta noodles (palabok), steak burgers, gravy, and pies (peach mango pie and banana lanka pie) is outstanding, and the service from the staff has been excellent. However, I am deducting one star because it took us quite some time—about 2000 steps—to locate the restaurant, which is actually next to Marshalls inside the mall, not in the food court.

The food was good and their sauces are great! Got the chicken tenders which were huge ans Loved the pinapple bbq and gravy. Didn't love the french fries and the pasta is honestly horrible. It's inside the mall, so there's little sitting options. I'll definitely come back to try their pies.

Maybe I was lucky but my order came out perfectly unlike the other reviews listed. Service was fast. This was my first time trying Jollibee and I loved the spaghetti and spicy chicken. I wasn?t a fan of the gravy or original chicken. The peach mango pie and pineapple juice was delicious
