Kfc - Ontario

When I was a teenager, my brother worked at the local kfc. That stuff was awesome. Sadly, that was the 1970s, and things don't seem as good now. I am on a budget, so I got the two piece combo. If i, a drumstick, some mashed potatoes, a biscuit and adrink. I don't know if it's the institutional recipe that KFC uses now, or it was just this store, but the chicken was dry andflavorless. It wasn't juicy, it wasn't salty, it wasn't as good as it used to be. Mashed potatoes and gravy were okay, biscuitwas a bit dry, but biscuits are always dry. The store was empty at 11:30 on a Saturday morning. Parking lot was kind of shabbywith garbage everywhere, some of the tables weren't bussed, and there was generally just kind of a rundown look to the place. Iknow the store was empty, but at least one person should have been at the counter. But it sounded like everybody was in theback, talking rather loudly. At least it sounded like they were having fun. Quite honestly, I get better Fried Chicken from mylocal supermarket and I did from this place. Disappointing.

Went there for lunch and their indoor dining was closed. No signs, no notice as to why. Not even a notice to use their drive thru. This location is a joke and should be closed. It's always the same slow service and lack of attention to getting anorder right. My suggestion is to get better management and employees that spend their time working versus spending time on theirphones and talking to other employees. Fast food is no longer fast food. $16 an hour is a joke. Should be $6 an hour and abonus to speed things up and WORK.

There’s really nothing good about this place. The chicken was dry, and they didn’t provide any sauce. The biscuits were hard, and the staff was rude. Their dine-in option is always closed, even though the website states it’s open. It took forever to get our order taken. I won’t be returning again.

I arrived at 6:40 PM to pick up a delivery order, only to be informed that they couldn't fulfill it because they were out of chicken. I learned that they stop preparing chicken at 6:00 PM since they close at 7:00 PM and don’t want to waste any leftovers, according to the manager. I simply can't understand why they can't make chicken on demand. The manager also refused to offer any substitutions with other menu items. I highly recommend avoiding this KFC!

I highly advise against going here. Unfortunately, they mixed up our order badly. We ordered two chicken boxes, and they forgot the sides for both. When we went back to address the issue, they still forgot another side item. It seems like they just don’t care about their customers.
