Mcdonald's - Ontario

Every Tuesday and Thursday I go thru the drive thru and order my coffee and muffin sandwich. Passing thru from one job post to another and it's always quick and easy.

Me and my son went for lunch and the restroom clean and the tables they didn't have the 3 quoter pounder so he got the 2 in a meal I got the fish with Xtra cheese meal my son said his is great ???? hot my fish was warm not the best fries hot that'sgreat ???? next time I will tell them fresh it's a good place so I will give them a chance

I'm not sure what has happened to this McDonald's, but it used to be my favorite. Now, they frequently forget items in my order, resulting in long waits for my food. The service is incredibly slow, and I haven't seen the previous manager who I considered to be very efficient. I'm not sure what has changed, but the quality of service has definitely declined.

I had the worst service at McDonald's. I waited over 50 minutes for a meal I ordered on the app. I thought it would be faster, but now I know better. I should have just gone and waited in line. They need to improve their service and maybe get rid of the app.

I always have to double-check my order at the drive-thru of this McDonald's. It seems like they always get it wrong every time.
