Outback Steakhouse Ontario

We had a great lunch here today! Erin was out server in the bar area and she rocked it! The ambiance was casual but it did get pretty busy around 3:30ish when we went. She was nice, friendly, fast and got our order right. She made my drink, the Castaway and it was delicious! We got lunch combos with one being the 5oz sirloin and soup and the other being a Bleu cheese wedge and loaded baked potato soup. We also got a bloomin' onion. It was pretty good and we'll definitely be back!

The manager Jay is incredible! He provided amazing service after we were given a longer wait time than anticipated. The hosts were super sweet on Sunday the 12th regardless off the high volume entering the restaurant. And this was overall a great Black Angie's experience. Thank you food was great will be returning : !

Girls night was a blast. Sat at the bar inquired if there was happy hour and bartender explained there wasn't any. We tried a gingerbread martini. It was so good. Next we had the blooming onion and grilled shrimp appetizers. Everything was great except the seat at the bar we chose. It was behind the beer station and I guess one exploded all over my friend. I expected to have our drink replaced or something off my bill for having beer sprayed all over her, but nothing of the sort. Rather the young lady just said we should have been told this could happen. We wanted dessert but just ran out of time.

We had an amazing server, Kristen, who provided exceptional service during our visit. Another staff member also helped resolve an issue, and he was great as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience at the restaurant.

I ordered the 18oz bone-in ribeye cooked rare, but it arrived more medium well. Although I hesitated to say anything, I couldn't finish the steak. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he took the steak back and requested a new one to be made. The manager then came out, apologized, and replaced my entire meal even after I had eaten all the sides. I may not be back in town anytime soon, but I will definitely be returning to this Outback and recommending it to my coworkers. Parking: Plenty of space available.
