Pizza Hut - Ontario

I attempted to place my order online, but it didn't quite feel complete. So, I decided to call the restaurant and spoke with a new employee named Chris. Even though he mentioned, "I'm sorry, I'm new," he managed my confusion very professionally and made me feel assured that everything was okay. The pizza was excellent, and the staff was fantastic!

I had to wait several times for my wings to be cooked because of their inattentiveness. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there’s really no excuse for my meal being served to me almost cold due to these repeated mistakes. They offered cheese and peppers as an apology, but this is the second time this has happened. I'm hoping the third time will be better. It’s three strikes and you're out! The customer service was polite and friendly, so I’m giving it 2 stars instead of just 1.

I've ordered from here twice so far, and the pizza is absolutely fantastic. The delivery is quick as well. This place deserves more recognition!

Always great pizza! However, the service is minimal at best, they must be training new employees. Not sure why we were able to use the Parmesan shake cheese in the little jars, and Red crushed pepper, but when we wanted salt and pepper, we were givento-go packets, and not salt and pepper shakers???? What gives???

Pizza was good. Service was good. Disappointed they still don't have their salad bar up.
