I will start by saying that the most basic thing a review can say, if I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order tonight and arrived to pick it up. At first sight the restaurant wasn't the cleanest and the cashier I talked with was very rude and made it seem like she had better things to do. Not personable at all. I ordered a sweet and spicy chicken bowl with avocado and green onions on the side. I asked if she put the green onion in the bag and she said yes. Looking back I guess shame on me for trusting the staff to actually do their job, but the bag was tied shut and I was in a hurry so I did not thoroughly check. I got home and not only is there not the things I asked for on the side but the avocado wasn't even included! I'm sorry but it isn't a cheap add on and it's a complete ripoff when you can't even give the customer what they paid for. The kitchen ticket clearly states it so how you could miss that I'll never know. I tried to call the restaurant to atleast try to get a refund for the avo and the staff who answers the phone pretends not to hear me and disconnects the call. I called again and they took the phone off the hook and had a busy line for the several additional times I tried to call back. I finally gave up and decided just to try to eat my food.The worst thing of this whole experience happened when I find a curly black hair in my chicken! I am so disgusted by the food and by the service at this place. Trust me, you do NOT want to eat here!
Outstanding customer service! Satti is my favorite and well the cooks are great tooI am here 2-3x a week because my grandson loves the food, and well it is really nice when the employee takes the time to learn your name and appreciates your business! The food is great, as is the wait timeFood is not pre-cooked its made to order! Thank you for making my life easier when it comes to a great meal that is pretty healthy for fast food Lori
So this is my local restaurant, and I 've been calling for about 20 minutes now. The phone just rings and rings so I 'm curious to see how busy it is when I get there. I will finish my review when I arrive. I just got here and there 's literally nobody else in the restaurant. I even call as I 'm walking in to see how they respond to the phone. As soon as it started ringing they hit the mute button. It is July 19 at 6:55 PM. I walk in and the whole crew is standing together, just talking. I ask if they take phone orders, then I ask why they don 't answer the phone if they have a number posted online. The cashier quickly responds with We 're too busy to bother with the phones . AGAIN, im the only one there at the time I walk in, they are all just talking laughing. He also says, we 're you the one calling back to back for the past few mins? I say yes. He just says they 're too busy for the phone. NOBODY IS WORKING ALL JUST TALKING AND JOKING TOGETHER. I know it 's hard to find good help these days but my goodness. You have to really go out of your way to try and have this bad of customer service. Poor teenagers don 't know the meaning of hard work and respecting your position as an employee. I feel bad for whoever has to manage or own this poor excuse for an establishment. Never returning again.
