Ms. Cimi is an exceptional and attentive employee, and I must say, she is also quite attractive. Thank you for a beautiful experience. I've visited this establishment before, and some of the employees didn't even smile or greet me. Please continue to provide excellent customer service, Ms. Cimi. Your turn!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. The staff was extremely rude. If you’re not Hispanic, they treat you terribly. The woman who made my sandwich handled it like she was feeding an animal. The manager was present but did nothing to address her employee's disrespectful behavior. To top it off, the employee told me not to return to the store and insulted me. When I asked if they had a problem, she claimed it was because I was criticizing how my sandwich was made, something I’m paying for.

The sandwich was well made, but I noticed that the young lady who prepared it turned on a light switch in the ceiling and then returned to handle the food without changing her gloves. I've been to several Subway locations, especially those in Walmart near the university, and I've observed that the staff often wear the same gloves to touch handles, switches, and clean countertops before serving customers.

The service was exceptional! Cimi was welcoming and extremely friendly. The food was served quickly, and the restaurant was spotless as well!
