O'charley's - Opelika

Surroundings: We went to O'Charley on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was filled with many families to brew after church. It definitely was.

Trent was excellent. Staff are polite and follow COVID guidelines. The food was great.

Summer our server was wonderful! Very helpful! The restaurant could use some updates.

The experience was ok, at best. The waiter was almost passive aggressive. Interior and table seemed dated. The prime rib (best part of this place IMO) was over cooked and a far cry from the medium that I ordered. It wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great. A pretty “meh” experienced

Ordered fish and it was so burned and the steamed broccoli was to burnt to eat. Manager offered 25% off ? We never complain but we are retired and every dollar counts. There were other patrons having issues on this visit. I feel the meal should not have made it out of the kitchen.
